An avid reader and a lifestyle blogger, also a social media marketer who loves to travel, communicate and click. She’s also a Marketing trainer at various Institutes. Well, I have done BMM, where we have assignments like writing poems, a short story, that’s where the journey started. I wrote my very first poem which was loved by my friends after which I started writing. I made my blog where I wrote poems, some life lessons. I was travelling and I uploaded a picture of my book. That’s where I came across some Bookstagram accounts and thus, my journey started.
Inspiration!! I get it from words! I love reading quotes, poems. I have a wall full of my favourite lines and quotes. It’s like a power booster, whenever I feel low, just a look at my wall charge me up. If there are days of non-inspiration, nature is the best teacher. I love observing nature. It inspires me to adopt change.
Bookstagram community is love. When I started, I had no idea about theme, engagement, contacting publishers and all, it was my Bookstagram friends who guided me each and every time. There are so many wonderful people whom I now call friends. They are too supportive and encouraging.
I have my blog on Blogspot, I customize and develop it using codings. I Don’t use a specific tool. I edit my images on Instagram itself. But one can use a tool like picsart, photoshop for editing.
My favourite genres are Romance, fiction, Mystery, and thriller. I am currently reading Soul Mates by Deepak Chopra. Books that I would recommend will be Written in the stars by Keshav Aneel, An Unsuitable Boy by Karan Johar and if you like love story Take a chance on me by Sapna Bhog.
Umm. It’s Never Surrender your dreams, follow your passion. This is what one person told me and that statement became my life. It’s passion that rules us all. I got many opportunities but, I left it all for my passion, and Today I am here, following my dreams, my passion.
This advice improved me a lot in person. I tried to find a new path, a new way where I can go ahead. I have heard a lot of things from people but never gave up on my passion.
Have Patience. Yes. I myself being impatient person know what it is to have patience. When I started I wanted things to go fast, grow fast but I ended up making a fuss. Later I started slowly and the results were good. So have patience, Things will take time to happen, but Do not give up, ever.
Also, Interact. Try to interact with as many people as you can, you will get a new perspective on life, from everyone you meet. It will help you Grow.
