Beyond The Blinding Sun

Chasing their dreams beyond the blinding sun, immigrants leave their respective countries to land in Oman on the same flight, certain that their despairs are far behind. However, trapped in a contractual façade, the duped, abused and humiliated immigrants face the might of their ruthless employers and a powerful state machinery. They live in the fear of not being free ever again. In the backdrop of a blossoming love affair, the gentle Omani policeman is their lone messiah standing between them and the dreaded detention centers somewhere in the merciless desert. As the native brave hearts join hands with criminals to execute audacious escapes for the immigrants, the treacherous valleys, labyrinthine ghettos, impregnable police checkposts and an unforgiving mountain range come alive with electrifying war of nerves in a series of complex plots and counterplots.
