The book also contains 900 questions from the previous GMAT examinations fully solved with detailed and illustrated (wherever required) answers. Alongside, the book also houses 100 preparatory questions to help the students test their abilities and preparation.

The first section deals with the exam in general—what it is and why and how to take the examination, the various test procedures and how to prepare oneself for the examination. The third portion gives way to diagnostic test with separate quantitative and verbal questions while the fourth section concerns mathematics. The fifth, sixth and seventh sections talk in details about problem solving, data sufficiency and reading comprehension respectively. The next four sections are divided between critical reasoning, sentence correction, integrated reasoning and analytical writing assessment. All the portions related to different subjects have been furnished with practice questions, answer key and answer explanations for the best help and guidance to the aspirants.
